central location, close to transport, kitchenette access

Misleading website pictures!!! Directions to the apartment incorrect. The overall room condition felt dated and quite basic, especially with a dirty shared bathroom!!! It honestly felt more like a bedsit than a proper hotel experience.

The location was fantastic, being a mere 5-minute walk to Marble Arch and close to Hyde Park. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room had a comfy bed with a large TV, making my stay delightful.

Hard to find initially.

The double room I stayed in had a decent size and the bed was comfortable enough for a quick night’s rest before heading out. The kitchenette was a nice touch, making it easier to grab a snack after a long day.

The overall condition of the place left much to be desired. The room was excessively hot, with no way to adjust the temperature or open the windows. I found the check-in process quite odd, as the person who handled it arrived on an electric scooter and made it feel very casual. There was also a broken shower door, and leaks in the bathroom that were concerning. The hallways felt dark and off-putting, and it was challenging to navigate the area at night due to its secluded location. it was a mixed bag for what you pay.

The staff was excellent and very helpful during the overnight stay. The room was adequate but had issues with noise.

Recommend it for families

The staff was exceptional, they sorted out an earlier check-in so we could get settled before the concert, saving us some hassle. Location was very ideal , just a short stroll to the venue and we were able to enjoy the park right after.

It wasn’t exorbitant, but just about acceptable for the amenities offered.

Location nailed it for my event at Hyde Park. Being just a short walk away made everything easy. The kitchenette worked great for quick meals, and the flat-screen TV added a nice touch to unwind in the evening. the check-in process was a bit odd. Had to wait outside longer than expected, and it felt a little disorganized when the staff finally arrived. noise from outside was noticeable at times, which disrupted my sleep a bit. a solid choice but could use some tweaks on organization and soundproofing.

Had a boss time staying here! The location's dead central, just a short walk to Marble Arch and the park. Staff were proper sound, even sorted an early check-in. Only downside was the noise from outside, but can't fault the place otherwise.

Great location near transport, flat-screen TV and kitchenette were a plus. Noisy at night.

Fantastic central London location! Only a 5-minute walk to Marble Arch and Oxford Street. The room was comfy with a big TV. Loved the kitchenette with a microwave and electric kettle. Enjoyed the beautiful view from the unit. Staff was nice too. Just a great place!
